New Orleans Pelicans and Oklahoma City Thunder will battle in Game 3 of the NBA playoffs on Saturday, April 27. In the first two games, Oklahoma showed why they deserve to be the No.1 seed in the West by taking advantage of their home turf to punish the Pelicans and race to a 2-0 series lead. After a closely contested Game 1, they finally put up an assured performance in Game 2 to win 124-92. The Pelicans have failed to beat the Thunder in their last four attempts, with their last win coming in November 2023. They continue to miss the services of their top scorer, Zion Williamson, who is out with a strained left hamstring. Their number 2 scorer only managed 10 shots in Game 2 after failing to keep up with Oklahoma's Lu Dort. The Thunder must be salivating at the possibility of a clean playoff sweep ahead of this matchup.
