Our Novak Djokovic vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Prediction
Stefanos Tsitsipas impressed by beating a very good player in Baez during the last round, winning in straight sets and speeding clear in the second set, winning 6-1. That performance showed a player at the top of his game. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the best record against Djokovic, never beating the 24-time Grand Slam winner on clay. However, he has always made the Serb work very hard at Roland Garros.
The pair have twice met at the Parisian venue in the French Open since 2020, with Tsitsipas pushing to five sets on both occasions. This is only a three-set match, but since we know that the Greek player can bring his best tennis at this venue, coupled with his recent form, not to mention the fact that Djokovic is still recovering from that relatively recent surgery, the odds available here look a little user friendly. Take Stefanos Tsitsipas +1.5 Set Handicap.
