After extending their win streak to four in a row with a 6-3 victory over the Rays in Game One of the series, the New York Yankees will try to keep the good times rolling in Game Two of a four-game series. The action is set to get underway at George M. Steinbrenner Field at 7:05 p.m. EST.
Taj Bradley was able to keep Aaron Judge homerless for another game, but the Yankees' lineup did plenty of damage anyway with nine hits and six runs, most in the 5th and 6th innings (Bradley was chased after 5 1/3 innings). The Tampa lineup got to Yankees starter Will Warren early, plating a run in the first. But he was pulled after just 1 2/3 innings. While the lineup was able to get to Ryan Yarbrough (six hits (one home run) and two runs in 2 2/3 innings), they were effectively silenced once he was removed.
The Yankees will give the ball to Carlos Rodon to start the game tonight. Rodon is not off to a good start this season; he’s gone 1-3 in four starts with a 5.48 ERA. Tampa Bay will turn to Drew Rasmussen, who has gone 1-0 in three starts with a .60 ERA and .73 WHIP.

Rodon has a solid history against the Rays, but he’s been beaten up all season long. By comparison, Rasmussen has been an unstoppable force. I’m a little concerned that he only seems to go five innings, but the Rays' bullpen has been pitching well this season (3.47 ERA). I’ve got no faith in the Tampa Bay lineup, but I have plenty in Rasmussen.
