The New York Mets will try to keep the good times rolling today when they face the Giants in the fourth game of a four-game series at Oracle Park in San Francisco, CA. First Pitch for this NL battle is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. EST with coverage provided by MLB.TV.

It’s been a good weekend for the Mets on the Left Coast. After dropping the first game of the series on Thursday (7-2), they bounced back in style with a 10-3 win over their hosts on Friday. They followed that up with another dominant victory on Saturday, shutting out the Giants this time, 9-0. From what we’ve seen of the two starting pitchers for today’s game, the Mets certainly have an edge coming in.

Kodai Senga is scheduled to start for New York. Senga took the loss in his first start and struggled a little with his control (three walks), but otherwise pitched six solid innings, giving up four hits and two earned runs while striking out nine. As for Giants starter Logan Webb (1-1), this will be his third start. He got lit up by the Yankees in his first (March 25), giving up nine hits and seven runs over five innings while walking one and striking out seven.  He was better in his second outing and got the win, going six innings and giving up four walks, three hits, and three earned runs while walking five.
