Cleveland, on the other hand, completed a 3-game sweep of the Minnesota Twins in their last game on Sunday. Will Brennan hit a walk-off 3-run homerun to get the win. Tylor Megill (0-1, 2.25) will start for the Mets in this one. He lost his only start this season, which came against the Brewers. He allowed just 1 earned run on 3 hits but walked 3. Ben Lively (2-2, 3.06) will be the starter for the Guardians and will be in search of a win that will get his record over the .500 mark. He picked up his 2nd win of the season in his last start which came against the Texas Rangers. Both teams sit in the middle of the back in combined batting average and are in the top 10 in batting average against. However, the Guardians have had more success with runners in scoring position and slugging.
