The Indiana Pacers () will host the New York Knicks () Friday night in Indianapolis, IN, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Fans can follow the action on NBA League Pass once the game gets underway at 7:30 p.m. EST.
New York beat the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City when they last played on Wednesday. The win ended a two-game losing streak and brought them to 2-2 on their current road trip. They, like most teams, are at their best at home, but they do have an above-.500 road record at 18-16; the Knicks are 7-3 in their last 10 road games. As for the Pacers, they are one of two teams in the NBA, and the only one in the Eastern Conference, that have already been eliminated from playoff contention. However, despite being one of the worst teams in the NBA, they have been surprisingly competitive vs. the Knicks. They lost by only one, 114-113, when these two met in Indianapolis on December 18. When they played in New York City a couple of weeks ago, the Pacers won by three in overtime.
This game will be the third of four scheduled between the Pacers and Knicks this season; they’ll play for the fourth and final time next Tuesday in New York.

Indiana has been surprisingly competitive against the Knicks this season, but will be missing Obi Toppin, T.J. McConnell, Aaron Nesmith, Quenton Jackson, and Pascal Siakam. The Knicks have a couple of guys that are GTD (Josh Hart, Karl-Anthony Towns), and Miles McBride is out. But it will not matter. The Knicks could rest KAT and Hart and still beat this dreadful Pacers team by 12+ points.
