The New York Knicks visit the Indiana Pacers on May 31, Saturday, for Game 6 of the 2025 NBA Eastern Conference Finals.
Facing elimination in Game 5 at the Madison Square Garden, the Knicks pulled off a 111-94 victory over the Pacers. Jalen Brunson led all scorers with 32 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns contributed a double-double performance of 24 points and 13 rebounds.
Most importantly, the Knicks' defense held up well in Game 5. Pascal Siakam was the only starter to log double-digit points for the Pacers, with star guard Tyrese Haliburton only producing eight points on 2-7 shooting from the field.
But prior to his lowly performance in Game 5, Halibuton was excellent in closeout games this postseason. In the closeout games against the Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers, Haliburton averaged 28.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 8.5 assists, and 2.0 steals. Look for the Pacers star to bounce back and have a better outing in Game 6.
Pacers back-up center Tony Bradley is listed questionable due to a hip injury. There's no player listed on the Knicks' injury report.
Expect a closely contested match in Game 6, with the Knicks aiming to bring the series back to New York.
