New Orleans comes into this game fresh off a 144-118 loss to the Celtics in Boston Friday night, their ninth loss in their last ten games. Minnesota has lost five of its last eight but got a win Friday night in Houston vs. the Rockets, 136-132. However, the Timberwolves are locked into the No. 6 seed and a first-round date with the Denver Nuggets. So, winning this game does nothing for them.
