The biggest MLS Eastern Conference clash of the weekend sees third-place Nashville host fourth-place Orlando City at Geodis Park. A few weeks ago, Nashville looked like the favorites for the Conference title, but a run of three consecutive defeats has seen them fall five points behind leaders Cincinnati with just seven games remaining. Anything less than three points this weekend will virtually extinguish any hopes B. J. Callaghan's side have of finishing top of the pile.
In contrast to Nashville's poor form, Orlando are absolutely flying at the moment. Their midweek League Cup playoff victory over Toluca means that Óscar Pareja's team have now won their last five games in all competitions. That form has seen them draw level with Nashville in the Eastern Conference standings. Three more points on Saturday night will put City firmly in the hunt for the Conference title.
