One of Tuesday's nine UEFA Champions League games will be a battle between France and Turkey, with Monaco and Galatasaray meeting at Stade Louis II. For the hosts, the competition is not going smoothly, let's be honest. Now coached by Sébastien Pocognoli following the dismissal of Adi Hutter, Tuesday's hosts find themselves down in 23rd place. Of course, they are just inside the play-off places, but their position is far from secure. They've won just one out of five and could really do with a win here.
The visitors have performed with a bit more credit. They currently sit in 14th position and are just one point off the top eight, which is definitely the place to be. Okan Buruk's men are not the easiest team to beat, most recently battering Ajax away from home in this competition, though prior to that, they received a hammering in Frankfurt, where they shipped five goals. After vastly contrasting awa-day effort, I wonder what mood they'll be in here.
