One of Sunday's Major League Soccer fixtures takes place in Saint Paul, where Minnesota and Austin will fight it out as two Western Conference teams in strong offensive form. Last weekend, we saw the Loons build on their encouraging offensive effort against San Jose in the US Open Cup, scoring three goals on the road in Columbus, securing a confidence-boosting win, a win that has taken up to a healthy fifth place.
The visitors aren't in such a healthy place, but they've improved in recent weeks, winning each of their last two, scoring multiple goals in each of those two games. On the road, they've been terrible at the back, which is a worry. Given what we've seen from both in recent weeks, not to mention what the visitors have generally served up on the road, it's well worth betting that the fans in attendance at Allianz Field get to witness plenty of goals.

Both teams come into this game fired up off the back of strong offensive performances, so don't be too shocked if we see both the hosts and the visitors taking front-footed approaches at Allianz Field. In their last two games, the Loons have definitely sharpened up in the final third, scoring five in two, but that extra offensive quality has come at the price of defensive insolidity, with them conceding six goals in a little over 180 minutes of soccer.
Let's not forget that the pair shared four goals as recently as late February too. If we also factor in that the visitors clearly love open, high-scoring games on the road, where there really has been a constant stream of goals for Austin, the chances of a high-scoring game here look to be a little greater than the early lines point to.
