Despite the win, they wasted a quality start by Walbert Urena, who registered seven shutout innings while allowing zero walks. They’re the exciting -110 underdogs tonight.
Minnesota Twins, on the other hand, will only have themselves to blame for not taking advantage of their chances. They rallied to take a 4-3 lead in the tenth when Luke Keashchall led off with a single. They later loaded the bases, although Weiman struck out Lewis to stop the threat. Their recent poor form, 3-7 in the last 10 matches, now leaves them needing a miracle run to make the playoffs. Bookies are backing them to win tonight as the -120 favorites.
