The Minnesota Twins will try to salvage a split of their four-game series with the Royals with a win in Game Four today. Fans can follow the action once the game gets underway at 2:10 p.m. EST on Twins.tv.

After dropping the first two in the series, Minnesota got a stellar outing from starting pitcher Joe Ryan, with seven innings, two hits, no runs, and four strikeouts to lead the way. He got help from Matt Wallner and Ty France in the form of a couple of solo shot home runs. Kansas City got a solid outing from its starting pitcher, Seth Lugo (5 2/3 innings, five hits, two earned runs, six strikeouts, and three walks). But he got no support from the KC lineup as the Twins shut the Royals out, 4-0. Minnesota will give the ball to Bailey Ober and his 12.15 ERA to start the day. Most of the damage came in his first start when he gave up eight hits (including two home runs) and eight runs in 2 2/3 innings. He was better in his second start (three hits, including a home run, and one run), but only lasted four innings. Kansas City is slated to start Michael Wacha (0-2, 4.66 ERA).
