Chicago Sky (7-13) and Minnesota Lynx (18-4) will clash in an inter-conference matchup on Monday night at Wintrust Arena. The Sky will look to make it two back-to-back victories against the Lynx after shocking the Western Conference champions at the same venue last week. The Sky bagged an 87-81 victory to make it two straight wins after earlier defeating the Wings at home. Another win on Monday could suggest they have finally overcome their early-season struggles.
The Lynx, on the other hand, will be looking for a quick response to that loss and improve their 7-3 record in the last 10 games. Another loss against the Sky could see the in-form Phoenix Mercury slash the three-game gap in the Western Conference. However, despite Chicago’s recent form, bookmakers are convinced the Lynx will bounce back on Monday, listing them as the massive -715 favorites. They’ll be under pressure to win this matchup.
