They were outscored late despite another big night from their top scorer. Michael Porter Jr., who is averaging 26.3 points per game, led Brooklyn with 34 points in that loss. Only rookie Danny Wolf was the other Net with more than 15 points, as he scored 17 off the bench.
Brooklyn will be without Cam Thomas, Ben Saraf, and Haywood Highsmith in Sunday's game against the Bucks.
As for Milwaukee, they’re coming off a 116-101 win over the Boston Celtics, a comeback fueled by a dominant second half. Kyle Kuzma poured in a season-high 31 points, and Bobby Portis added 27 as the Bucks handled business without Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Speaking of Giannis, the former MVP remains sidelined due to a calf injury, with an estimated return date of December 31. Taurean Prince and AJ Green are also out with injuries.
The Bucks have lost three of their last five games, but their win against the Celtics is a morale booster.
