Tonight’s starter for the Brewers, Frankie Montas (4-8, 5.01) will be making his 1st start for the franchise after being acquired from the Reds last week. Montas is coming off a 3-game stretch in which he has allowed 16 runs over just 16 innings. His counterpart, Jake Irvin (8-8, 3.44) has fared better over his last 2 starts.
