The Brewers and Royals split a doubleheader at Kauffman Stadium on Saturday. In the first game, Wacha's illness forced Matt Quatraro to improvise by starting reliever Avila. The Brew Crew jumped out to an early lead with Mitchell's RBI double in the first inning, followed by a three-run homer in the third. The second game was a different story: the Royals won 8-2 thanks to a six-run sixth inning and a stellar performance from Salvador Pérez. The series will conclude with a rubber match on Sunday, with Kansas City holding a -125 advantage.
Kyle Harrison will take the mound for Milwaukee against the Royals. It will be his second start of the year after pitching five innings, allowing one run and striking out eight, in a game his team lost to the Rays.
His counterpart will be Bubic, who performed well in his first start of the year, just as Harrison did. To begin his seventh MLB season, and all of them with the Royals, Bubic pitched a quality start, going six innings with four strikeouts, one ER, and earning his first win of the season.

Our Kansas City Royals vs Milwaukee Brewers Prediction
Although the Royals decided to move the far walls closer and lower their height to turn Kauffman Stadium into a hitter's park, the offense hasn't lived up to expectations so far. Witt Jr. went 0-for-4 in the second game of a doubleheader, and the Kansas City superstar's cold start is already a concern.
However, the Royals' starting pitching has been decent to good in recent seasons. Bubic had traffic on the bases in his first start but managed to get out of trouble masterfully.
Our prediction for Royals vs Brewers is: Under 7.5.
