The Miami Dolphins will try to make it two in a row this week when they travel up the East Coast to face the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 pm EST and will be broadcast on Fox.
It has been a rough season so far for the Dolphins, even before losing Tyreek Hill for the season to a knee injury last week. The offense has struggled to get on track, running and throwing the ball. They made more of an effort to get the run game established the last two weeks and tallied 130 in the loss to the Bills and 123 in the win over the Jets, with 99 from De'Von Achane. Not having Tyreek Hill will hurt, but they still have Jaylen Waddle. As for Carolina, it is hard to know what to expect from the Panthers' offense. Bryce Young has struggled to get anything going in the passing game (averaging 189 yards per game), and the run game is barely adding 100 yards per game. Will they be any better against a suspect Miami defense? Or will it be more of the ineffective same?

This is a game between two teams that have been struggling to get on track this season, but there has been more hope for the Dolphins than the Panthers. I'd expect the Dolphins to try to get Jaylen Waddle involved early, but the key to the game will come on the ground. Carolina has struggled against the run, so don't be shocked to see De'Von Achane and Ollie Gordon II running early and often throughout the game. It will be slow going in the first half for both teams, but once Miami figures out what works, they'll run away with the game.
