Having come unstuck in the North East last weekend, it was back down to business in the UCL for Man City during the week, and Guardiola's men were looking to bounce back. They did anything but that, losing on home soil to Leverkusen, failing to score for the first time since October. The Citizens will now be hoping to avoid a third-straight defeat. Thankfully, Saturday's home game against relegation scrappers Leeds surely provides the hosts with the perfect opportunity to rebuild their confidence.
Will the visitors fancy themselves to get something at Etihad Stadium? Quite possibly. Sure, they're out of form and they're not exactly winning games on a regular basis at the top level, but now is probably the right time to play the hosts. At the very least, Daniel Farke's men, who have scored in each of their last two, should believe that they can make some headway.
