The Los Angeles Dodgers will get the week started on the road with Game One of a three-game series vs. the Washington Nationals at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. First pitch is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. EST.

After starting the season on an 8-0 run, the Dodgers came back down to Earth in Philadelphia, where they lost two of three against the Phillies. The one win saw four pitchers give just four hits and a run on the day, three of them and the run coming in the first four innings with starter Roki Sasaki on the mound. The offense finally woke up in Game Three with nine hits and seven runs, but Tyler Glasnow got chased after just two innings, giving up two hits, five walks, and five earned runs.  Washington ended a four-game losing streak on Saturday with a 4-3 win over the Diamondbacks in Arizona. They kept the good times rolling on Sunday with a 5-4 win, giving the Nats their first winning streak of the season.

LA will turn to right-hander Dustin May. In his previous start, he pitched five innings of one-hit ball, giving up one unearned run. Mackenzie Gore will make his third start for the Nationals. He is 0-1, but has pitched poorly. He pitched six scoreless innings against the Phillies in his first start, striking out 13 in the process. In his last start, he gave up three runs on nine hits and two walks.
