While they ended the road trip with a win vs. Philadelphia, they lost four of six games on the road to start the second half. This one could easily turn into a pitchers' duel. Boston is set to start Garrett Crochet. The leftie is 11-4 in 21 starts with a 2.19 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and .216 OBA. However, he is 2-3 in nine home starts with a 2.35 ERA and .211 OBA. Clayton Kershaw has been looking more like the guy fans know and love, and one of the better road pitchers in the game. Garrett Crochet is one of the best young pitchers in the game today. While both lineups have the potential to explode on any given night, it is unlikely that it will happen against either of these pitchers. I don’t know why the public is favoring the OVER so much. I’m going UNDER.
