Lorenzo Musetti of Italy will tangle with Yannick Hanfmann of Germany for a place in the quarterfinals of the 2025 European Open in Brussels, Belgium, on Thursday.

Ranked No.8 in the world, Musetti will march into his fifth career match with Hanfmann as a -270 favorite. However, the German is on a tear as of late, going 7-1 in his last 8 matches.

Hanfmann had ridden his momentum into the qualifying stage in Brussels, where he registered wins over Calvin Hemery of France and Tibo Colson of Belgium. In the first round, Hanfmann rallied from a set down to beat Matteo Arnaldi 6-7, 6-4, 6-4.
