What a game we have in store in the English Premier League as Liverpool welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to Anfield! Brighton have been in tremendous form this season, scoring a huge amount of goals and conceding very few. Liverpool, on the other hand, have had a slow start to their 26/27 campaign. They're yet to win at home in the EPL and this is likely to be a tough game for the Reds. Liverpool have found some form, though, albeit in the Champions League. They've won their last three matches but face a side in the Seagulls who have wowed everyone with their performances this season.
Brighton's goalscoring spree was brought to an end last time out in the Europa Conference League match away at Jablonec, who were the first side to prevent Brighton from scoring since Tromso in the Playoffs First Leg back in August. Since then, Brighton have scored an incredible 34 goals in their last ten games in all competitions. In their five games before the match at Jablonec, they'd scored 17 goals. They've also kept five clean sheeets in a row.
For our prediction for this match, we think the Seagulls have a great chance of taking something from this match. It's difficult to rule out Liverpool getting something from this game, particularly after they've found some form. Whatever the final result, we're expecting goals from both sides.
