Learner Tien of the United States opens his campaign at the 2025 Cincinnati Open against Leandro Reidi of Switzerland on Friday.

Reidi qualified for the main draw of the 2025 Cincinnati Open after beating Pablo Carreno Busta 7-6(3) 6-4 and Llyod Harris 7-6(7) 6-3 in the qualification stage. Reidi is only 5-3 in 8 hard-court matches this year and 7-12 against the ATP-100 players in his career.
