Michael Lorenzen pitched six solid innings in Tuesday’s game, giving up just four hits and one run while striking out four and walking two. Noah Cameron took a no-hitter into the seventh inning yesterday. He exited the game after 6 1/3 innings, having given up a single hit and five walks while striking out three. The lineup combined for 19 hits between the two games but managed just three runs in each. The Royals will hope to keep the good times rolling when they send Seth Lugo to the mound today. Lugo is 2-3 on the season (six starts) with a 3.08 ERA and 1.08 WHIP, and is coming off an eight-inning, three-hit shutout vs. the Astros. He’ll face Rays’ ace Shane Baz, who is 3-0 across five starts with a 2.45 ERA and .99 WHIP. In his last outing, he threw seven shutout innings vs. the San Diego Padres.
