The Twins and Royals, divisional rivals, will play the final game of their four-game series at Target Field. In Saturday's game, where the Twins were -140 favorites, the Royals pulled off a comeback victory in the ninth inning. Orze committed the blown save and was charged with the loss, as Kansas City scored two runs in the final inning on a sacrifice fly by Jensen and an RBI single by Witt Jr. Alex Lange then secured the save for the Royals, striking out three.

Royals superstar shortstop Witt Jr. has raised his batting average in recent weeks; he's currently on a four-game hitting streak in June and has recorded at least one hit in seven of his last eight games. He's also showcasing his speed, having stolen six bases since June 2nd.

On Saturday, also for the Royals, starting third baseman Maikel García returned as designated hitter after missing six straight games with a strained right hamstring. For now, they'll give the hot corner to Rojas, but the Venezuelan returned and contributed a hit.
