Avila will be pitching against Minnesota for the first time, and there’s a good chance he will struggle against a prolific offense. On the other hand, Ryan gave up 5 earned runs in each of his last two starts against Kansas City.
Again, both teams are averaging at least 5 runs per game over their last five games. Expect them to sustain their offence at a high gear, given the weak matchup on the bump.
