The Kansas City Chiefs (6-0 SU, 5-1 ATS) visit the Las Vegas Raiders (2-5 SU, 3-4 ATS) looking to make up for last season’s defeat. Kansas City still has not lost since a 20-14 setback at home against Las Vegas on Christmas Day 2023, a 12-game winning streak.
The Chiefs have also continued to do this with defense rather than by scoring teams to death. Kansas City has not scored more than 28 points in a game this season, but it hasn’t allowed more than 25 either. The Chiefs keep winning comfortably, because the defense just doesn’t let teams get comfortable. Only the Bengals managed to keep the margin under three points; everyone else has found themselves playing catch-up whenever they’ve gone up against Kansas City.

Facing the Chiefs isn’t going to help with that. The Raiders have failed to score more than 20 points in five of the past six meetings, including one where they won the game. Kansas City’s defense appears for real and Las Vegas cannot seem to get out of its own way.
