The Miami Dolphins had some of the most explosive offensive outputs in multiple games last season. Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle have given Tua one of the top receiving corps in the league. Now, Raheem Mostert and De’Von Achane supply an even more balanced attack with them in the backfield. Their defense saw an overhaul in the coaching staff and have several starters trying to come back from injury. It should be a waiting game before the defense falls in line with their new coaches.

The Jaguars are back with Trevor Lawrence at the helm but he will need his line to take steps forward to help them be consistent and keep Lawrence healthy. He also lost Calvin Ridley but brought in Gabe Davis from Buffalo. He, along with Christian Kirk and tight end Evan Engram are decent tools for Lawrence. If that is not enough, the Jags added Brian Thomas Jr through the draft. Travis Etienne is also back and should be on his way to another 1,000-yard season on the ground. On defense, the Jags will need to rely on Josh Allen and Travon Walker as the only mainstays from last year’s group. There will be more man-to-man played in the secondary which means pressure will be key for the defensive front.
