The Denver Broncos will try to make it 12 consecutive wins when they host the Jacksonville Jaguars at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, CO. Kickoff for this battle between AFC contenders is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. EST with coverage on Fox.

For much of the season, the Jaguars have looked like a talented but chronically underachieving group. This was certainly the case in Week 10, when they appeared to have a win well in hand against the Houston Texans, only to let Houston mount an incredible comeback to steal the victory.  But since then, they have won five straight and taken over the AFC South, with the Colts struggling in recent weeks. Trevor Lawrence and the offense have been on fire the last two weeks, especially, scoring 36 on the Colts and 48 on the Jets last week. But it is going to be much harder to get the ball in the endzone against Denver’s defense, which happens to be among the league’s best. The Jags’ defense will have its hands full against a red-hot Bo Nix, fresh off a 302-yard, four-touchdown game against the Green Bay Packers. This will be the first time Nix has faced the Jaguars.
