Ipswich Town's return to the Premier League has been more promising than many expected, but the Traktor Boys couldn't overcome Manchester City's tough challenge last weekend, falling 3-2 at the Citizens' stadium. Now the newly promoted side returns to Portman Road, where they await a struggling Nottingham Forest.
The Tricky Trees have only managed five points in seven Premier League games, and they haven't shown the same home form they displayed before, suffering another defeat there, a 0-14 thrashing against Arsenal last weekend. Oliver Glasner is facing increasing criticism, and rightly so, but he could find some relief against Ipswich, having beaten them twice as a manager in the past.
After missing the previous match, Morgan Gibbs-White will return to action, and Nottingham are desperately in need of the England midfielder's best form. The Tricky Trees require a more fluid game, as their own numerous fouls have been disrupting the flow of play. Only Brentford committed more fouls than Nottingham Forest.
