It has been a dismal week for Inter Milan, but the Serie A leaders can get back on track by defeating Claudio Ranieri's Roma on Sunday afternoon. Last weekend's agonizing 1-0 defeat to Bologna saw Inter's three point lead at the top of that table vanish, whilst the midweek 0-3 defeat to rivals AC Milan dumped Simone Inzaghi's men out of the Coppa Italia at the semi final stage. With just five games left to play, Inter still have the Serie A title in their own hands thanks to their excellent goal difference, and with a Champions League semi final against Barcelona coming up on Wednesday, this is a monumental week for the Nerazzurri.
Standing in Inter's way on Sunday, will be a Roma side that have not lost in the league this year. That superb unbeaten run has thrust Ranieri's men into the race for European places. They currently sit in seventh place, but are just three points behind fourth place Bologna in the race for a Champions League place.
