The New York Knicks will go for a commanding 2-0 series lead as they take on the Indiana Pacers in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference semis series on Wednesday at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York. The Knicks drew the first blood in the series by gutting out a 121-117 win in Game 1. Jalen Brunson became only the fourth player to score at least 40 points in four consecutive games after dropping 43 points in the series opener. Brunson also got ample support from his fellow Villanova teammates Josh Hart and Donte DiVincenzo. Hart put up arguably his best all-around game, tallying 24 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists. DiVincenzo chipped in 25 points on 10-for-17 shooting and 5-for-9 from beyond the arc. Myles Turner led all Pacers scorers with 23 points while Pascal Siakam and T.J McConnell added 19 and 18 points, respectively. Tyrese Halliburton had an unforgettable game in Game 1, finishing with six points on 2-for-6 from the field and eight assists. Both teams shot over 50 percent from the floor but the Knicks got a little bit of edge after converting 22 of their 26 foul shots.
