Injuries are certainly going to play a factor in the outcome of this game, especially on Golden State’s end. The Warriors are going to be without the services of the newly acquired Kristaps Porzingis, L.J. Cryer, Seth Curry, and Steph Curry. Losing out on most of them will not be an issue, but the impact Steph Curry has on the Warriors cannot be replicated. In games he played, the Warriors are 690-382; in games he did not play, they are 95-158. Over the last five seasons, they’ve done a little better, going 34-40 with Steph Curry out of the lineup. As for the Lakers, the driving force behind the offense, Luka Doncic, is out with an injury.
