Lithuania versus Germany is a highly anticipated top-of-the-group clash on Saturday morning. Lithuania will come into this matchup looking to stun the group favorites and take control of their destiny. Germany, on the other hand, are the favorites to top Group B. They sit on top of the group standings with four points. They defeated Montenegro 106-76 in their opening game, with Orlando Magic's Franz Wagner scoring 22 points and eight rebounds. The Germans also defeated Sweden in their second group game on Friday to take control of the group. A win against Lithuania will all but confirm their top spot in Group B.
