However, the two pairings for the Philadelphia-Detroit game reflect the fact that Embiid will rest on Sunday, while LeBron James, sidelined with a back injury, sat out Saturday.
But the Pistons have also achieved an undefeated start; they won 128-111 against the Heat. Cunningham scored 16 points in the victory at Kaseya Cetner Arena. Before that, the Pistons had defeated the Celtics.
