Riding on a huge wave of momentum after stomping their class over the defending champs in Game 1 and 2, the Minnesota Timberwolves look to deal the Denver Nuggets another demoralizing loss in Game 3 of their Western Conference semis series. Anthony Edwards has been the man of the hour for the T-Wolves these playoffs, averaging 32.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 5.8 assists while playing outstanding defense on the other end of the floor in 39.5 minutes per game. Edwards, who exploded for 43 points in Game 1, will once again lead the charge for Minnesota in an attempt to secure a commanding 3-0 lead in the series. Wolves will get back the service of the recently-named Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert after the Stifle Tower had to beg off from playing in Game 2 to attend the birth of his first son. Nikola Jokic has continued to put MVP numbers on the stat sheet in the first two games, but his efficiency has suffered as he competes with the Wolves' big man.
