On the other hand, the Czech Republic sustained a difficult 62-50 loss to Portugal. Vit Krejci was the lone Czech player to reach double digits in scoring (10 points). As a team, they only shot 29.1% from the floor.
Moreover, they failed to stop Portugal's big man Neemias Queta, who put up 23 points and 18 rebounds.
