For Matchday 10 of the Liga MX, there's no team more favored by the betting public than Cruz Azul, when they face Querétaro on Wednesday. Due to being sent off in the 19th minute against Pachuca, Orozco missed the previous match against Juárez, which Cruz Azul won 3-2, but the Mexican national team defender is expected to return for the match against Querétaro.
Each of Cruz Azul's last six wins has come by a one-goal margin, placing them first in the standings with 23 points. Against Juárez, they made a good impression by overcoming a deficit. After Romero's goal in the second minute, Los Potros responded with goals from Pizarro and Fulgencio, but Cruz Azul was able to turn it around even before halftime with goals from Fernández and Paradela.
Cruz Azul also achieved the always important feat of scoring first in each of their last seven wins.
