Victoria Mboko of Canada will slug it out with Cristina Bucsa of Spain in the women’s singles championship match at the 2025 Hong Kong Open on Sunday.
Mboko is the favorite at -260, but Bucsa is coming in as an enticing underdog option at +200 ($300 payout per $100 bet) after posting another dominant win in the semifinals.

Mboko punched her ticket to the finals of the 2025 Hong Kong Open with another gutsy three-set victory over fellow Canadian Leylah Annie Fernandez in the semifinals, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2. The rising star held 10 of 12 service games by winning 39 points behind the first serves, on top of four aces. She also broke Fernandez four times, twice in the deciding set. With the win, Mboko gets another shot at a second WTA title this year. She won her first main crown after coming through with an inspired run to the title at the 2025 Canadian Open.
Meanwhile, Bucsa will enter Sunday’s final with a flawless slate after obliterating Maya Joint 6-3, 6-1 in the semifinals. Bucsa has yet to lose a set in this tournament after sweeping Yexin Ma, Emilina Arango, and Joint. She also received a walkover win against Belinda Bencic, who withdrew hours before their quarterfinal match because of a thigh injury.
