Arizona Diamondbacks vs Colorado Rockies Prediction & Picks - MLB

The Arizona Diamondbacks (25-23) will host the Colorado Rockies (19-31) for a 3-game set that begins tonight. These divisional foes met for a series in Colorado just a week ago. In that previous series, Arizona won the bookends of the 3-game series and outscored the Rockies by a total of 19-11.

Since that previous series, the Diamondbacks went on to sweep the Giants in Arizona. The offense continued to roll in that series as they outscored the Giants by a total of 23-8. Ketel Marte was the main consistent hitter in that Giants series. He went 6-12 with two home runs and 7 RBIs.

For the Rockies, they bounced back with a 7-6 win in the series opener against the Rangers on Monday. However, that did not last long, as they were blanked in game two 10-0 and then lost a tough series finale, blowing a 1-run lead in the 9th to lose 5-4.

Zach Agnos will get the start in Colorado. He is coming off 4.1 innings of work in his last outing, which came in relief of Kyle Freeland, who was knocked around early in the game. Arizona will counter with Eduardo Rodriguez, who took the loss against Colorado in his last start.
