The Cleveland Cavaliers look to push their win streak to three games as they visit the hapless Washington Wizards on Friday at Capital One Arena.

The Cavaliers improved to 5-3 in the season after scoring back-to-back wins over the Atlanta Hawks 117-109 and the Philadelphia 76ers 132-121. Donovan Mitchell is off to an explosive start, averaging 31.9 points on 57.6 percent field goal shooting. The Cavs are also starting to get healthier with Darius Garland, Jarrett Allen, and Evan Mobley finally playing after dealing with some injuries.
The Wizards have dropped their last six games and seven of their first eight games of the season. In their latest loss to the Celtics 107-136, former No.2 overall pick Alex Sarr posted 31 points in 29 minutes of play, but he was one of only four Wizards players who scored in double figures in that match. The Wizards are the worst defensive team in the NBA, averaging 128.1 points allowed per game this season.
