The win moved Atlanta (78-65) back into a tie with the New York Mets for the last wild card spot in the National League. The Reds snapped a two-game slide with a 3-1 win over the Mets. Santiago Espinal delivered a two-run double to break the tie in the 9th inning, securing the Reds its fifth win in seven games.
