The New York Mets will try to get back on the right side of the scoreboard today when they face the Chicago Cubs in the third and final game of a weekend series. Fans can follow the action once the game gets underway at 12:05 p.m. EST via Roku.

Brad Keller opened the game for the Cubs yesterday before giving way to the MLB debut of Chad Horton. Horton threw four solid innings, giving up four hits and three runs while walking no one and striking out five. He left the game with a 4-3 lead, which the Cubs extended to 6-3 with a couple of runs in the eighth. Bret Batty moved the Mets within a run after hitting a two-run shot, his second of the game, in the eighth to make the score 6-5. Chicago is scheduled to start Matthew Boyd. The young left-hander is 3-2 on the year with a 2.75 ERA and 1.35 WHIP.  He had a pretty solid outing in his last start vs. San Francisco (six innings, five hits, two runs). New York will hand the ball to Griffin Canning. Canning is 5-1 in seven starts with a 2.50 ERA and 1.39 WHIP.
