=11.0ptCaleb Williams and the Chicago Bears head to NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas to take on the hosting Houston Texans on Sunday Night Football this week. Both teams were able to win their season openers but neither team looked dominate in any way shape or form. The Bears found themselves down 17-3 at the half to the Titans before their defense turned things around in the 2nd half. They returned a blocked punt in the 3rd to get within a touchdown and then after 2 Cairo Santos field goals, Tyrique Stevenson picked off Will Levis and returned it 43 yards for the score and to give them the 24-17 victory. The Texans were on the opposite end of things in their opener against the Colts. They led 12-7 at the half and then had to keep fend off the Colt team that was trading scores with them the entire 2nd half. After Anthony Richardson ran for a touchdown to make things 29-27, the Texans successfully ran out the clock on the final possession. While the Bears were reliant on their defense, it was the Texans offense that was key to their victory. They finished with a well-balanced attack that accumulated over 200 yards on the ground and through the air.
