Two in-form sides go head to head at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening, as Chelsea host Leeds in a big midweek Premier League clash. 

Chelsea have won four consecutive league games since Liam Rosenior took over as Blues manager and are now firmly in the running for a top four finish. Saturday's comfortable 1-3 win at Wolves saw a welcome return to form for Cole Palmer. The England star scored a memorable hat trick, and looked back to his best following an injury plagued a few months. 

Leeds also had a comfortable win in their last game, as two quickfire first half strikes helped them seal a vital three points against relegation rivals Notts Forest. Daniel Farke's side now have a six point cushion over the team in the bottom three, so realistically only need another 10 points to secure their place in next season's top flight.
