Sunday's English Premier League card is slightly truncated, with just two games for fans and bettors to enjoy. The action begins in the morning for US viewers, who'll be treated to a game at Turf Moor, where Burnley and Liverpool clash. The hosts were hotly fancied by many to really struggle this season, and they may well do that, but it's fair to say that Scott Parker's men have made a fairly pleasing start to life at the top level, winning their first home game, before getting very competitive at Old Trafford, where they were desperately unlucky to lose.
The visitors have made the perfect start to the season results wise, winning three from three, which has left them top of the pile during the early days of a season in which they're looking to retain their title. However, their efforts have not been without moments of concern. Arne Slot's men very nearly saw their work undone against both Bournemouth and Newcastle, requiring late winning goals on both occasions, though it must be said that they looked far more solid against Arsenal last time out. The question is can they display the same sort of solidity in this very different fixture?
