Mitchell will enter the Etihad Arena looking to end his recent struggles. "Thug Nasty" is 1-2 in his last three assignments, with his latest matchup ending in a submission defeat to Jean Silver. It's surprising to see him get the minus-money odds in this matchup.
Likewise, Nurmagomedov has been experiencing a rough patch lately. The 33-year-old bounced back from his defeat against Jonathan Martinez by defeating Muin Gafurov at UFC 294. However, he returned to losing ways in February this year with a decision loss against Vinicius Oliveira. He's a quality name in the Bantamweight division with 10 UFC fights under his belt.
