There's a fairly heavyweight clash in UEFA Europa League qualifying on Thursday, when Besiktas and Shakhtar will clash at Tupras Stadium in the Turkish capital of Istanbul. For Besiktas, it's all about making sure that they're in the competition that they were in last season, mainly because they'll want to improve on their failure to get beyond the League Phase.
To do that, though, they'll need to come through what is far from an easy qualifer against a team that was in the UEFA Champions League a year ago.
