When the Cincinnati Bengals take the field Sunday in Baltimore to face the Ravens, it will be the 58th meeting of all time in the history of one of the NFL's more intense rivalries. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, OH.
Cincinnati has had a hard time getting on track this season but played well enough last week to finally get their first win of the season over a surprisingly game Panthers team. Joe Burrow had a decent day, completing 22 of 31 pass attempts for 232 yards, two touchdowns, and a pick. But the run game came through in a big way with 141 yards and two touchdowns.
If you just looked at Baltimore's stat, you'd think the Ravens were 4-0. They have the NFL's No. 1 offense (total offense ) with 429.5 yards per game. While they have done a good job in the passing game, the bulk of it has come via a rushing game that is averaging 220.3 yards per game.
Cincinnati has struggled to stop the run this season, which bodes well for the Ravens. However, the Ravens' defense has also struggled to stop opposing passing attacks.

Cincinnati's struggles to defend against the run are a concern against a Ravens team averaging over 200 yards per game on the ground. They will have to dial up the downfield passing game early against the Ravens in hopes of forcing Baltimore to throw more than they want. But with what we have seen from the Bengals this season, it is hard to believe they can slow down the Ravens run game.
